APEX 2025 is held at Moscone Center in San Francisco, CA. Easily accessible by BART, Muni, and rideshare. Full address and directions will be emailed to ticket holders.
Full refunds are available up to 30 days before the event. Within 30 days, you can transfer your ticket to another attendee at no cost.
Yes, all keynotes and panels will be recorded and available to ticket holders within 48 hours. VIP and Executive ticket holders get lifetime access to the recording library.
APEX is in-person only. The magic happens in hallway conversations and serendipitous encounters — something that can't be replicated virtually.
